Meet Twirl

Twirl was completely unhandled on arrival at Hall Farm and very nervous of everything. She was also in foal despite her own tender years. She has since given birth to a healthy filly foal. Twirl has come on leaps and bounds in the last few months and is now learning to trust. She will require an experienced and gentle handler to continue building her confidence. She is proving to be a willing learner and is generally good to handle if not rushed. Twirl is starting to enjoy fuss and attention when her trust has been gained, and she has a very sweet nature. Twirl may have the potential to back to ride when she is older if her rehomer has previous experience of this, but not until she is at least 5 years old. Her adult height could be approximately 12.0hh although this is only an estimate as we have no knowledge of her breeding. Her estimated adult height will give her a maximum rider weight of 5.5 to 6 stones. We are equally happy for Twirl to remain as a permanent field companion only and just enjoy the company of others.
