Meet Bridgets Star
Bridget's Star is a lovely, polite, sweet tempered mare. She is good to handle and catch and will happily stand in the field to be checked without the need to be tied up. Bridget gets on well with most in her herd and will look for reassurance from her friends if she is unsure of something. Bridget is an affectionate mare who would be best suited to a calm and quiet handler. Although not suitable to ride, Bridget will make a valuable non-ridden companion to others.
Important stuff
Bridgets Star can never be ridden or driven.
All equines in our centres are regularly assessed by a team of experts including a vet, physiotherapist and farrier, and these assessments have found that Bridgets Star is not suitable to be worked.
History
Bridget came into our care as a welfare concern with 2 others. She was very underweight with overgrown hooves and lice.
