Handsome boy Star is now looking for his new home as a companion. After being rehomed previously as a children’s pony, Star has now retired and is looking for a home where he can live as a happy companion. Good to handle and very friendly, Star is looking for a home where he can live with other geldings on restricted grazing and where he isn’t left alone. He could stable part time if needed as part of a routine.
Important stuff
Star can never be ridden or driven.
All equines in our centres are regularly assessed by a team of experts including a vet, physiotherapist and farrier, and these assessments have found that Star is not suitable to be worked.
History
Star arrived at Glenda Spooner Farm in November 2018, he was emaciated, riddled with lice and suffering from ringworm. He had been abandoned along with another pony also in the same condition.
